Initial Cleaning<\/strong><\/p>\n During the first cleaning at home, we perform a \u201cdeep cleaning\u201d which requires an initial fee.\u00a0 This allows us to have a baseline of cleaning to work for the future.\u00a0 Subsequent cleaning prices are based on frequency and therefore are lower than the initial cleaning.\u00a0 However, it if has been 30 days since the last time the home was serviced; we would need to perform another \u201cdeep cleaning\u201d with the corresponding charge for such cleaning.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Cleaning Supplies Furnished<\/strong><\/p>\n A&A will provide all cleaning products and equipment to complete the cleaning service.<\/p>\n If the customer has wood or laminate floors, we request that they provide the cleaning product of their choice to clean this type of flooring.\u00a0 Also, if the customer desires to use their own products\/equipment, that needs to be stated prior to the scheduled cleaning.<\/p>\n Arrival Times<\/strong><\/p>\n We provide a time frame in which our professionals will arrive to the home (Morning 8 a.m. \u2013 1 p.m.)\u00a0 (Afternoon 1 p.m. \u2013 6 p.m.).\u00a0 A&A strives to arrive to the scheduled cleanings in a timely manner.\u00a0 Each home gets the attention it deserves and not a pre-determined amount of time.\u00a0 Please note that times are not guaranteed, hence we provide the morning and afternoon time frames<\/u><\/strong>.\u00a0 If needed, we can give the customer a 30 minute courtesy call prior to arriving to the home.<\/p>\n Pet Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n At A&A Cleaning, we love pets but we kindly ask that on the day of your appointment you secure your pet in a crate or room that the cleaning crew will not be entering.\u00a0 It is very important for us that you secure your pet as they may inadvertently try to run out while the crew is entering and exiting the home.<\/p>\n Theft Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n A&A Cleaning Services in insured and bonded and we pride ourselves in hiring the best qualified individuals with integrity.\u00a0 Before we allow any employee into your home, they are background checked.\u00a0 Should any concerns may arise regarding missing items from a home, it needs to be brought to our attention immediately.\u00a0 We will respond accordingly, including sending the crew to have a polygraph test conducted since we take all accusations as a grave matter.\u00a0\u00a0 We also ask the homeowner, if necessary, to file a police report.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_single_image image=”1000153″ img_size=”large” style=”vc_box_shadow_3d” onclick=”link_image”][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" [vc_row][vc_column][vc_custom_heading source=”post_title” use_theme_fonts=”yes”][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”2\/3″][vc_column_text]Our goal at A&A is to ensure that your family will always have the best cleaning options available.
